Augustus Bandele Oyedran Memorial Trophy for the best results in WAEC, Senior Secondary School Certificate of Education Examinations, four years in a row. For our results in WAEC 2002 (the first year we took the examination), 2003, 2004 and 2005. Results of 2006 have not yet been released.
2002- 2004 First Prize in the National Secondary Schools Mathematics Competition sponsored by Cowbell, based upon the results of the past three years – best cumulative score over three years.
2005 Cowbell - Several Prizes at the Local, FCT Level. Second Prize winner in the Junior Category at the National Level
2005 First and Second Place in the PAMO (Pan African Mathematics Olympiad) Competition, organized by the National Mathematical Center in Abuja. National Level. Jacinta Edebele lst, and Matthew Akhigbe 2nd.
2005 6th Annual Nigerian Stock Exchange National Essay Competition. Winner at FCT level. Adamoma Anizoba -
2006 Olympiad Awards Math, 1st, 2nd, 4th.; First Nation wide in Math.
2006 ANCORPS (All Nigeria Conference of Principals of Secondary Schools) QUIZ COMPETITION 2006. At the FCT level, students in JSS level awarded lst and 2nd places. SS level, lst and 2nd places.
2006 All Nigeria Schools Quiz Competition on the National Capital Market - Second Place
2006 European Union Essay Contest – Secondary School Essay. An LJC Student was one of 30 winners.
2006 AIDS Unite for Life / Media AIDS Project contest. 1st Place, Essay: 2nd Place, Song: 2nd Place, Artwork: 3rd Places, Poetry.
2006 November 9 1st Poetry Competition for Secondary Schools in the FECT – Junior Category - trophy for Excellent Performance
2006 June 10 1st Prize in The Capital Science Academy – Maiden edition of the Science Quiz Competition
2006 November 2 7th Annual Nigerian Stock Exchange National Essay Competition. Two nation wide winners in the Nigerian Stock Exchange Essay Competition for Secondary Schools. Atajiri, Malate Anna; and Uki Edia Nnenna.
2006 Odaro Anthony Omusi – Graduated in 2005.Best results in 2005 WAEC for all of West Africa. Over 1.2 million took the exam. Said Dikko, graduated in 2005 came in third for all of West Africa.
2007 Nnoduka Eruchalu, graduated in 2006 - SAT II results, 800, 800, 800, perfect scores in Math, Math, and Physics.
2007 Best results in Cowbell Math Competition in FCT at Junior Level (Emeka Arene) and Senior level (Ezeaka Chidubem). AND Ezeaka went on to Lagos on March 31, to emerge as 2006-07 National Champion – lst Prize.
